On the sunny morning of the day she would be married Diana, the bride-to-be and her four bridesmaids prepared for the wedding in one of the beautiful bedrooms at Fennes. The room was filled with joy and laughter as they all prepared for the wedding. When the time came to leave for the church, the bride and bridesmaids made their way down the elegant stairway and headed off to St Mary’s for the ceremony. Diana’s father was visibly proud as he sat next to her in the vintage car that drove them both there. Mike, the groom-to-be waited patiently for Diana at the alter and was clearly moved by the beauty of his soon-to-be-wife as she was led up the aisle. On being announced husband and wife, they then walked up the aisle triumphantly together as a couple towards their gathered guests that all wanted to wish them well.

The weather that day was exceptionally good and on returning from the church, everyone soaked up the wonderful sunshine and atmosphere on the lawns at Fennes, whilst indulging in the delicious canapés! David Bell from Bellissima Photo took the opportunity to take a few romantic couple and group shots of the newly married couple and their guests in the grounds. There were so many beautiful locations to choose from, especially at this verdant time of year but the little wooden bridge stands out as one of the most romantic ones!

As Diana and Mike entered the pavilion for the wedding breakfast, they were greeted by the sound of rapturous applause from all their gathered guests. After some highly entertaining speeches followed by the cutting of the cake, the couple had their first dance, after which the dance floor filled up and the party was well and truly underway! David the photographer was able to steal the couple away from the celebrations briefly to take a few stunning night time shots of the wedding couple outside. All in all, it was a fabulous once- in- a- life- time day that will remembered by all who attended, for many years to come.”
