On a wonderful sunny morning Joanna arrived at the Fennes along with her mini entourage of bridesmaids, hair and makeup artists, the bridal changing room was soon filled with the chatter of everyone getting ready. The mid morning bottle of champagne along with Croissants were very welcome and certainly helped the laughter levels. The morning flew by and it was soon time to make their way down the stairs and out on to the patio, before them on the lawns seated in front of the gazebo were all of Joanna and Michael’s family and friends, everyone was looking around trying to capture the first glimpses of Joanna in her stunning bridal gown, which was highlighted by the beautiful bouquet that she was holding.

Joanna looked amazing as she walked down the aisle towards Michael with the train of her dress flowing behind her, it was a very touching moment as they held hands for the first time that day.
The ceremony finished to the rapturous applause of everyone present as Joanna and Michael shared their first kiss as husband and wife, once the register had been signed the happy couple made their way back up the aisle with huge smiles on their faces. Everyone could now relax and congratulate Joanna and Michael whilst enjoying a cool glass of bubbly and mini fish and chip canapés under the warm afternoon sun. Michael Spry Photography took this opportunity to whisk the newly weds off for some beautiful intimate photos together in and around the grounds at Fennes before rejoining all their family and friends for the group shots.

All to soon it was time for the wedding breakfast to be served, everyone made their way inside, once they had all found their seats the starter course and wine could be served.
As the shadows on the ground outside started to grow the transition to night could begin with arrival of the evening guests, our resident DJ could put on the first of the evenings tunes, once the cake had been cut and Joanna and Michael had shared their first dance together, the dance floor soon filled up with everyone eager to help them celebrate their joyous day.
